To submit a CTR, please go to the Project & Campus Technology Requests page, you will need to be on the VPN to access the site if you are not on campus.
If you are unsure if you need to submit a CTR, check the CTR Flowchart below.
Hardware:
- Physical parts & components of a computer system (desktops, laptops, tablets, monitor, mouse, keyboard, computer data storage, hard drive, graphic cards, memory, motherboards, chips, sound cards, speakers, etc.)
- Servers and appliances
- Other technology input/output devices (audio visual equipment, amplifiers, printers, scanners, cameras, computer numerically
- Networking equipment / equipment connecting to network resources (GT and/or Non-GT)
Software:
- Any software package over $25k, including software subscriptions
- Maintenance agreements & warranties associated with on-premise software
- Data/database subscriptions (Library database subscriptions are exempt)
"X" as a Service - SOFTWARE LICENSE RENEWALS DO NOT REQUIRE A CTR
- Cloud based services such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Outsourced data collection / retention / processing -Maintenance Agreements & Warranties
- HW/SW Rental
- Data Subscriptions (Library database subscriptions are exempt)
- Consulting Services
- Professional Services, staff augmentation, contractors
- Web design
